Where and What We Serve

We offer mold remediation in Littleton, Colorado, and nearby communities. Availability depends on location, scheduling, and the type and size of the job, and we confirm it when you contact us. Some work is outside our scope, such as roofing, plumbing, and rebuilding. We tell you when another trade should handle part of the problem.

Estimates and Agreements

Estimates are free. They reflect what we can see and measure at the time of the visit. If we find more damage, hidden moisture, or a different condition once work begins, we will explain it and agree on any changes with you before proceeding. Work begins only after you approve a written scope and price.

No Promise of a Specific Outcome

Mold can return if moisture returns. We do not guarantee that mold will never grow again, and we do not promise a specific result for health, indoor air, odor, or insurance claims. We describe our methods and what we find as accurately as we can.

What We Ask of You

  • Give us accurate information about the property, the water history, and any known hazards
  • Tell us about asthma, allergies, and other conditions of people who use the space
  • Make sure we can safely reach the area, including pets and valuables
  • Tell us if the building is older, in case it contains materials that need special care
  • Be responsible for repairs to the source of water, such as roofs and plumbing, unless we agree otherwise in writing
